Red player makes strength drill and takes ball to play 1v1. Blue player 5 burpees/ squats… run to the cones and defends. When an action finishes change of line. When set finishes change of side.

Practice set-up
Strength drill 1’ + 3v3 Match 1’. While some players play 3v3 others make strength drills. 1.Jump hoops and sprint. 2.Forward jumps and sprint. 3.Ladder 2 steps inside and sprint. 4. Ladder inside-outside steps and sprint. 5.Forward-Back and sprint. 6.Lateral jumps and sprint.

Practice set-up
Contactless duels. Ladder, turn in the stick, jump the fence. The first one who arrives finishes in BG and the other one runs to the stick and finishes in the SG. GK after saving the first shoot, lateral movement to save 2nd ball.
